Yaroslav Shevchuk completed his studies at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a focus on insolvency and restructuring law. He then successfully completed his legal clerkship at the Oberlandesgericht Naumburg in March 2020.From mid-2020 onwards, Yaroslav Shevchuk worked for a legal tech law firm specialising in consumer protection. In September 2022, he moved to another legal tech law firm specialising in data protection.
Since May 2023, Yaroslav Shevchuk has been a part of the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte. His work and advice focuses on public procurement law. Yaroslav Shevchuk advises and supports both contracting authorities and bidders in complex tenders. He also represents them in legal matters in connection with public procurement procedures.
Yaroslav Shevchuk speaks German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
He is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.
