Vladislava Zdesenko studied law at the Free University of Berlin. After successfully passing her first state examination, she completed her legal clerkship at Kammergericht Berlin, which she successfully completed with the second state examination in August 2007.During her legal clerkship, Vladislava Zdesenko worked in the department of the Committee for Human Rights and in the scientific service of the German Bundestag, where she received an award on her paper on the subject of animal welfare.
The focus of Vladislava Zdesenko's work has always been on the real estate industry: even before taking up her law studies until completing her first state examination in 2005, she worked for a medium-sized real estate company with an international portfolio, most recently as an assistant to the management. She accompanied property transactions from the calculation of profitability through legal due diligence to the conclusion of the notarised purchase agreement.
After being admitted to the bar in December 2007, Vladislava Zdesenko worked for an international law firm specialising in real estate law. During her career, she has assisted her clients in property transactions and court proceedings throughout Germany and internationally, especially in the USA, Switzerland, the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
Vladislava Zdesenko is a member of the Berlin Bar Association, the German Bar Association and the German-Israeli Lawyers Association.
She offers legal advice in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
