Oleksiy Melnikov

Oleksiy Melnikov studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Subsequently, he completed his legal clerkship at the Oberlandesgericht Brandenburg.Since 2015, Oleksiy Melnikov has worked both as a lawyer in law firms specializing in construction and architectural law in Lower Saxony and Berlin and as legal counsel for an internet network operator.
Oleksiy Melnikov has been working at the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte since 2024. He advises and represents clients primarily in the areas of construction and architectural law, both in and out of court.
Oleksiy Melnikov is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.
