Marvin Krämer studied law at the University of Trier and at the Westfälische-Wilhelms-Universität Münster. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, which he successfully completed with the second state examination.

His main areas of practice at the Düsseldorf office are private construction and architectural law, IT law and real estate law.

Among other things, he advises clients on the planning and realization of (automated) systems as well as the drafting and negotiation of software contracts. In addition to his extensive knowledge of conventional construction and architectural law, Marvin Krämer has particular experience in the legal support of projects for the construction and modernization of logistics centers. His work includes providing legal advice as well as drafting and negotiating contracts in relation to the construction and commissioning of (intra-)logistics facilities in German and English. In addition to plant construction, he also advises on the drafting of contracts for the introduction of appropriate warehouse management and transport management software (also as a SaaS model) and on related maintenance agreements, also within the framework of agile project methods. He also deals with relevant aspects of data protection law, such as third country transfers.

Marvin Krämer also advises and represents clients in extrajudicial and judicial disputes in the aforementioned areas and in matters of (commercial) tenancy law.

Marvin Krämer is a member of the Düsseldorf Bar Association.
