Fabian Koschmieder

Fabian Koschmieder studied law at the University of Potsdam, specialising in media and commercial law.He completed his legal clerkship in Berlin and worked for a medium-sized law firm in the area of general civil law for many years.
Fabian Koschmieder has been admitted to the bar since February 2022 and worked as an independent lawyer in private law, in particular private banking law, contract law and general terms and conditions law. In June 2022 he joined the Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte team in Berlin and advises our clients primarily on private construction and architectural law.
Fabian Koschmieder is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.
