After studying in Würzburg and Siena (Italy), David Müller has been working as a lawyer since 2011, specialising in national and European public procurement law. During his law studies, he acquired special expertise in European law by completing a supplementary course in European law, which he completed with an additional qualification as an European lawyer. He also holds a university certification in "Legal English" (International Legal English Certificate - ILEC).As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law, David Müller specialises in tendering law and advises companies and public bodies on all legal issues relating to public procurement and commercial law. In particular, his work includes advising companies on their participation in the entire procurement process. This includes the preparation of applications or offers to participate as well as ongoing procedural support until the selection process is completed.
He also has extensive expertise with regard to the implementation of formal review procedures.
David Müller has been working for Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin since July 2023 and advises clients in both German and English.
