Christoph Conrad studied law in Berlin and Göttingen. He completed his legal traineeship in Berlin and Perth/Australia. Christoph Conrad was admitted to the Bar in 1995.From 1992 to 1995, he was legal advisor for a project corporation engaged in road construction projects as part of the German unity traffic initiatives where he was mainly responsible for supporting official planning approval procedures.
In 1995, he became self-employed as a lawyer. From 1995 to 2002, he collaborated with several partners to build up a cross-regional law firm specialized on construction, architecture and procurement law for which he initially managed the Berlin office before moving on to manage the office in Düsseldorf in 2001/2002.
In 2003, he joined the Berlin branch of a large law firm focused on providing advisory services to businesses where he stayed until 2007. He has been working for Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte since July 2007. His work is focused on advising and representing clients in the construction and architecture law fields as well as in the public construction and planning, environmental and conservation law sectors where he supports public law entities and investors both during development planning and judicial review proceedings as well as planning permission proceedings.
Apart from practicing as a lawyer, Christoph Conrad also regularly holds seminars in his specialist fields for both contracting parties and contractors.
