VITA

Christian Frieder studied law both at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (completion of the First State Examination in Law) and at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, where he successfully passed the Hungarian State Examination in Law (Jogász).

Christian Frieder was able to gain experience in the fields of private and public construction law during his legal clerkship in the Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Munich. Following, Mr Frieder worked in the field of product liability and insurance law for German, Austrian and Swiss companies in a law firm in Los Angeles.

Before Christian Frieder started working as a German lawyer at the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte, he conducted research in the field of international law at the University of St. Gallen. At the same time, he completed the programme in Law & Economics organised by the Foundation of the Swiss National Bank in cooperation with the New York University School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Christian Frieder is a member of the Berlin Bar Association. He is a part-time lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

He advises his clients in German, English, French and Hungarian.
