Anuschka Pauly studied law at the Free University of Berlin, specialising in private international law and mediation. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal and worked in the administration of the German Bundestag, an international corporation and a major American law firm.Early on, Anuschka Pauly worked in claim management for an international group in plant construction in China and gained experience in real estate law at a major international law firm. From 2014 to the end of 2018, Anuschka Pauly worked as a legal advisor at dena (German Energy Agency), where she was responsible for contract development, legal advice and support for complex projects in the context of the energy transition.
Anuschka Pauly has been working as a lawyer for Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin since 2019. She specialises in providing construction-related advice on national and international construction projects, in particular hospitals, infrastructure, power plant, industrial and wind turbine construction. She also advises the parties involved in public procurement procedures and assists in the associated negotiations.
Anuschka Pauly naturally also represents her clients in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings as well as in conciliation, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
She also has extensive experience in drafting and developing contracts (including international models, e.g. FIDIC contracts) and in advising on securing land for wind power and PV plants.
She also advises her clients in English.
Anuschka Pauly is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.
