Anne Müller worked as a certified paralegal and notary assistant before beginning her studies at the University of Leipzig, where she focused on environmental, construction, and business law. Following her studies, she completed her legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements in Berlin and Munich.

Since April 2021, Anne Müller has been strengthening the Berlin office of Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte. Her primary focus is on public procurement law, including advising on, preparing, and conducting procurement procedures, as well as representing clients before procurement review boards and higher regional courts, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, IT, and healthcare. She also provides guidance on grant law issues, including those related to the KHZG. In addition, her work encompasses private construction and architectural law, including construction-related legal advice, as well as the judicial enforcement or defense of contentious claims.

Anne Müller regularly publishes expert articles on public procurement law, is a co-author of commentary literature on the subject, and conducts seminars on procurement law topics, including the training of aspiring specialist lawyers in public procurement law.

Anne is a member of the German Women Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Juristinnenbund) and the Berlin Bar Association.
