Anne Müller

Anne Müller worked as a paralegal and notary's assistant until she began her studies at the University of Leipzig, specialising in environment, construction and economics. Following her studies, she completed her legal clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin with stages in Berlin and Munich.In April 2021, Anne Müller has joined Leinemann Partner Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. Her work covers private construction and architectural law, including legal advice during construction and the judicial enforcement and defence of disputed claims. She also specialises in public procurement law, which encompasses advising on, preparing and conducting public procurement procedures as well as representing clients' interests before public procurement tribunals and higher regional courts, such as in the areas of infrastructure and IT. Anne Müller regularly publishes articles on public procurement law.
Anne Müller is a member of the Deutscher Juristinnenbund and the Berlin Bar Association.
